Stages you name, in the order your business actually uses. A studio quoting projects and a garage booking MOTs do not share a sales process, and a fixed one fits neither.

A forecast you can defend

Questions
Do I need the free CRM as well?
Yes. Pro adds deals and pipelines to it rather than duplicating contacts, so both are installed and the contact record is the same one.
What happens if I do not renew?
Everything keeps working. You stop receiving new versions and support until you renew. Nothing is switched off, hidden or degraded.
Can I move it to a different site?
Deactivate it in the portal and the seat is released immediately, then activate on the new site. Moving between staging and production does not consume a second seat.
