- Your guest list, not theirs
What it does.
Availability that reflects reality
Sittings, turn times, table counts and blackout dates, so the diary offers what you can actually serve rather than a generic slot grid.
Deposits when you need them
Take a deposit on large parties or peak nights only, through Apaxon Payments, and deduct it from the bill.
Reminders that reduce no-shows
Confirmation and reminder email sent from your own domain, with a one-click cancel that frees the table instead of leaving it empty.
Calendar sync
Bookings appear in the calendar the floor team already checks, rather than in a dashboard someone has to remember to open.
The arithmetic
A booking platform charges you for customers you already had.
Per-cover fees are charged on the regular who has eaten with you for years and found you by walking past. You built the relationship; the fee is for the software that recorded it. Running the diary on your own site keeps both the margin and the guest list.
- No per-cover fee, no monthly minimum, no commission tier
- Guest history stays in your CRM rather than a platform you rent
- The booking page is your site, so the traffic and the SEO are yours

Questions
What about walk-ins and phone bookings?
Staff can add them from the dashboard, so the diary is complete and availability stays honest rather than only counting online bookings.
Does it handle more than restaurants?
Anything with time slots and capacity — treatment rooms, classes, consultations. Turn times and party sizes are configurable rather than assumed.
Can guests cancel themselves?
Yes, from the link in their confirmation. A guest who can cancel in two taps does, which is how you get the table back instead of a no-show.
