Apaxon Forms
Available nowFreeForms that hand their answers to the rest of your site.
A form builder is only worth having if what it collects goes somewhere. These submissions become contacts, trigger automations, raise invoices and appear on a timeline — because every Apaxon plugin is reading the same data.

What it does.
Drag and drop, without the sprawl
The fields most forms need, laid out quickly, rather than a hundred field types and a page that takes four seconds to load.
Conditional logic
Show and hide fields based on earlier answers, so a long form asks each person only the short version that applies to them.
Multi-step with saved progress
Longer forms split across steps with a progress indicator, because an eleven-field form on a phone is abandoned.
File uploads that are handled safely
Uploads validated by real MIME type, stored outside the web root, and never executable. The standard is in docs/SECURITY.md and this is what it requires.
The difference
A submission is the start of something, not the end.
Most form plugins finish at the notification email. That email then gets forwarded, replied to from someone’s phone, and lost. Here the submission becomes a contact with a timeline, and what happens next is recorded against it.
- Every entry becomes a CRM contact with its history attached
- Automations can fire on submission — tag, assign, invoice, notify
- Entries stay in your database, exportable, not on a form vendor’s servers

Questions
I already use WPForms. Do I have to switch?
No. Core reads WPForms submissions, so the CRM and automations work with the form plugin you already have. Switch only if you want the rest of what this does.
Is there spam protection?
Honeypot and rate limiting are built in and need no third-party service. A CAPTCHA can be added, but starting with one costs you real submissions from people who fail it.
Where do the entries live?
In your own database. Nothing is posted to us, and there is no entry limit to upgrade past.
