What it does.
Uptime with a useful check
A request that verifies the page rendered, not just that the server answered. A WordPress site returning a fatal error still returns 200 to a naive check.
Certificates before they expire
SSL expiry warnings well ahead. An expired certificate takes the site down as completely as a dead server and is entirely avoidable.
Vulnerabilities matched to what is installed
Cross-referenced against the versions each site actually reports, so an advisory becomes "these four sites, this plugin, update now".

Questions
Do the sites have to be on one host?
No. Each site reports in through Core, so hosting, server and country are irrelevant.
Can I apply updates from the dashboard?
Remote updates are planned. Today it tells you what needs doing and where, which is the part that is currently invisible.
What does the client see?
Only the report you send them, branded as yours. They have no access to the dashboard.
